(JASDAQ: 6769), the global leader in high-speed serial interface and provider of mixed-signal LSI, announces that it has completed acquisition of 84% share of Cathay Tri-Tech, Inc., a Japan-based IoT/랜덤 룰렛, which has become THine’s subsidiary in last December. This acquisition gives THine remarkable capabilities of IoT total solution for customers’ business innovation with IoT and AI. This deal has been done by THine’s treasury stocks and cash.
